心理的安全性のための グラウンドルール

☑️全ての人に敬意を持って接しましょう。

☑️偏見や差別、政治活動、宗教活動、ビジネスの勧誘、宣伝、独占、目的外の利用は禁止されています。

☑️許可を得ず撮影、画面録画、スクリーンショット等をすることを禁止します。

☑️このサークルの活動内で知り得た個人情報などを外部に漏らさないでください。

☑️慰めや励まし、共感の強要はしないでください。

☑️呼称は「〜さん」で統一しましょう。

☑️話したくないことは話さないようにしよう。

このサークルの目的をよく理解し、安全な活動へ寄与することを目指してください。

☑Prejudice, discrimination, political activity, religious activity, solicitation of business, advertising, monopolization, or use for any other purpose is prohibited.

☑Taking pictures, screen recordings, screenshots, etc. without permission are prohibited.

☑Do not divulge to outside parties any personal information obtained within the activities of this circle.

☑Do not comfort, encourage or force sympathy.

☑Please call names with "-san".

☑You do not have to talk about what you don't want to.
